Beyonce Knowles paid a visit to the United Nations building in New York City yesterday in preparation for her live performance in honor of World Humanitarian Day.
Dressed in a Balmain blazer, the “Run The World” singer met with Secretary General Ban Ki Moon inside the U.N. General Assembly Hall.
Later today, Bey will be filming a video at the U.N. for her single, the Diane Warren song “I Was Here”. The vid will be released on World Humanitarian Day (August 19) with all proceeds going to the cause.
