Actor Tom Cruise was spotted chatting and smiling with a stills photographer on the set of his new film “Oblivion” on location in June Lake, California yesterday. Despite going through a tumultuous few days with the breakup of his marriage with Katie Holmes, Tom looked to be in good spirits.
As we reported, Tom and Katie have both reached a settlement in their divorce an now reports are stating that their child, Suri Cruise, will primarily live with Katie in NYC.
Holmes’ lawyer told press, “This case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. We thank Tom’s counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution.”
