PINK IS COMING! PINK IS COMING! PINK IS COMING!
Pink will return with single “Blow Me (One Last Kiss),” the singer announced in a video on Tuesday. “It’s very exciting,” she said, revealing she co-wrote the provocatively titled track with producer Greg Kurstin. “I think you’re going to like it, because I really like it, and I like it enough for all of us,” she said, making a face. The track will arrive on July 9, with a new album to follow on RCA Records later this year. Her forthcoming studio set will be her sixth overall and first since 2008′s “Funhouse.” That release debuted and peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart on 2008. It launched five hit singles on the Billboard Hot 100: “So What” (No. 1), “Sober” (No. 15), “Please Don’t Leave Me” (No. 17), the title track (No. 44) and “Glitter in the Air” (No. 18). “Funhouse” has sold 1.96 million copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
I’m a BIG Pink fan so this makes me smile…REALLY BIG!
