“Wide Awake” is the second single off of the re-release of her third studio album Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection.
Of the vid and song, Katy told MTV: “I just wanted to tell a story about myself going through this journey, maybe sometimes trying to get out of the maze. There’s good parts, there’s bad parts.”
