The rumor mill has been squawking for a few weeks now about BET’s “106 & Park” hosts Terrence J & Rocsi Diaz reportedly being fired from the broadcast that they have been a part of for 7 years.
And now, the two have made the announcement official!

After an amazing seven years of being on this show, we have decided together that we will soon be leaving ’106 and Park’ as your hosts. This by no stretch of the imagination was an easy decision. But it’s the right one. It’s come after a lot of prayer, a lot of thought, and a lot of consideration.
From Rocsi:
We both agree that we had no idea and we can’t express how amazing the last seven years have been, how life changing this time has been, and we appreciate you guys so much. We love you. You guys at home, the viewers have been down with us from day one, you’ve let us be a part of your world, your life, everybody here from being the livest audience, everyone in their living room, it’s your energy that fuels us and kept us going and keeps us going still after today.
On the career front, Rocsi is rumored to be trying to dive into the acting world along with friend Terrence J.
Terrence has also been filling in some days during a guest spot on E! News with Giuliana Rancic. Go Terrence!
