After 9 months since announcing their split, Marc Anthony has officially pulled the trigger and filed divorce papers from Jennifer Lopez.
The Latin singer filed his petition Monday to end the marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
According to TMZ, Marc is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s twins, Emme and Max, and wants the judge to deny Jennifer spousal support if she asks.
Both Anthony and Lopez have moved on staring new relationships – Marc with Venezualan model Shannon De Lima and Jennifer with dancer Casper Smart.
I don’t foresee any huge battles with regard to these two surrounding the divorce. They appear to still get along quite well. But hey, I don’t put anything past couples who are divorcing. Shyt can get ugly…QUICK!
