The late singer Selena Quintanilla will receive a posthumous star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, her family announced on Thursday.
Known by her fans as the Queen of Tejano music, Selena was shot and killed in 1995 by the president of her fan club, Yolanda Saldívar. She was just 23-years-old.
The ceremony will take place on Nov. 3. Her family, along with actress Eva Longoria and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti are expected to attend.
