Tom Ford On Dressing Melania Trump: ‘She’s Not Necessarily My Image’

I think it’s pretty clear that Tom Ford isn’t necessarily feeling our future First Lady!

The famed fashion designer stopped by to chat with the ladies of The View this week when he was asked about whether or not he would dress Melania Trump.

“I was asked to dress her quite a few years ago and I declined,” Ford said. “She’s not necessarily my image.”

This is shade.

The 55-year-old designer did in fact reveal that he voted for Hillary Clinton in this past election and was “sad and disappointed” at her loss to President-elect Donald Trump.

“Had Hillary won, she shouldn’t be wearing my clothes — they’re too expensive,” he said. “And I don’t mean that in a bad way. They’re not artificially expensive — it’s how much it costs to make these things. But I think to relate to everybody, you shouldn’t be necessarily wearing [expensive clothes].”

But he did, IN FACT, dress First Lady Michelle Obama when she visited Buckingham Palace!

“Michelle I dressed once — when she was going to Buckingham Palace for dinner with the Queen,” he said. “And that I thought was appropriate.”

LMAO! Tom, just admit: you want NO PARTS of anything that has to do with Trump! It’s totally fine…we don’t blame you!
